30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEPPER. With all rounds completely timed using intervals, this class is designed to get the heart racing and heart pumping - guaranteed to break you into a sweat! Although it is generally fast paced and high impact, our experienced instructors can provide alternative exercises in order to suit a range of fitness levels.
