The class is will focus on major compound moves (squats, dead lifts,cleans, military press, etc). You will learn how to brace properly for every lift, and focus on mobility drills that can restrict you from lifting to your full potential. Little critiques to your form can go a long way. Lifting heavy can be done in a safe manner and the coach will always make sure your technique is always perfect.
