An extreme workout

Ideal for people of all levels of fitness and experience. From start to finish you will be in complete control using a resistance dial on your individual spin bike. Throughout our spin classes you will be guided by our experienced instructors who will take you through a series of hills, intervals, jumps and sprints encouraging you to push yourself to the limit, all while listening to some great music with a play list that will keep you going from start to end!
