Hi I am William, I have been a personal trainer for over five years and have been working within the fitness industry for four years. Its safe to say I absolutely love my job. My main qualifications are level two fitness instructing, level three personal training, level three sports massage, level one spin instructor and a qualified Les Mills grit instructor. My main ethos within my job is to help people achieve their goals and have a smile on their face along the road. Fitness is a challenging journey and my job is to make sure we travel in the right direction together. Fitness classes are a massive passion of mine. It is a means to express myself and a chance to interact with multiple people at the same time. Group fitness classes are helpful for members as a large group will encourage each other, boost morale an focuses on a wide range of different aspects of fitness. My favourite class to take is spinning as I can play music that I love, that I know my clients will love and share the amazing feeling that training gives us when we work out together. Outside of the gym I love to travel, go for long walks, oh… and Eat!! You can join me at my classes: spin, circuits and bootcamp.

I have been working within the sports industry for more than ten years holding a wealth of knowledge on building endurance and how to encourage people to change their lifestyle in a healthy way. I have worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer here at Flexion Fitness for over two years now and completed my diploma in personal training in 2016. I am passionate about helping people to achieve their fitness goals and to have fun while doing it! You can join me at blast express, bootcamp and butt/legs/abs. Hi I’m Beth! A full time technology teacher by day, and a fitness instructor by night. I have had quite a journey with regards to exercise. Basically doing no physical activity at all whatsoever, to discovering a real passion for fitness all within the space of a year. I’m currently working in this field on a part time basis. I have completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualifications and then my CPD Indoor Cycling back in August of 2018. My experience is based on delivering energetic fun filled exercise classes; including Spin, Boogie Bounce, Boxercise, HIIT, KO8, Circuits and Core. My aim is to make my classes as much fun and as enjoyable as possible, as well as catering for all ages and levels of fitness.

Hello there I am Jonny. I have always enjoyed sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. My main interests have been within football and this lead me to playing for teams in the west midlands of England such as Walslall football club and Kidderminster FC. Following a few years there I returned home to Northern Ireland to play for teams such as Linfield, Distillery, Coleraine and a cross community group DC. Being in the football industry has taught me an incredible amount of knowledge on endurance and fitness. Before completing my diploma in personal training in 2015 I would have said I measured success in the results of my clients but now I see that enjoyment is more important than results. Enjoy yourself and the results will follow. You can join me in bootcamp, spin, pump and blast express. Be prepared to work hard though! I specialise in sports specific, functional and weight loss training where I will engage with each separate client to help them reach their goals and maximum effort in a relaxed environment. Hello I am Andrew and I am the founder of Flexion Fitness. I opened Flexion as I had seen a gap in the market for an open and friendly gym where everyone would feel welcome to work out. I had previously been a joiner, fitting kitchens until I developed a pain in my wrists which was due to Kienbocks disease. This means my wrists are painful a lot of the time and I must take a lot medication to get movement within the joints. If you have a condition you feel is preventing you joining a gym come have a coffee with me and we can chat about how to make that possible for you. I believe we can make gyms accessible for everyone. I am passionate about creating a friendly gym where everyone feels welcome. My dream is to achieve a gym that meets all the needs of the client from opening our own snack bar to having showers in the gym. Your gym should be like your second home where you feel you can come, and I think here at Flexion we have achieved that. I love and appreciate my team and couldn’t recommend them highly enough, you really have your pick of the best! I myself am one of the first coaches in Northern Ireland with a recognised qualification in strength and conditioning. I work with athletes and sports teams to improve their performance, whether its for fitness, strength, rehab or weight loss. I also work with clients that have health conditions such as Diabetes, Asthma and COPD that are dependent on medication, which is something a standard personal trainer is not qualified to work with. Finally, I also provide deep tissue massage to aid recovery and loosen muscles after periods of training. Join me at my classes: circuits, spin, bootcamp and men’s strength classes or book in for a personal training session.

Hi guys, my name is Hayley AKA Strong Maiden. I have worked in the fitness industry from 2014, working with a variety of people all with different goals. Personal training for me is more than just the hour you spend with me in the gym, we work together to devise plans in training and eating that suit you and make you excited about fitness. I believe everyone should enjoy fitness. Bodybuilding has always been my passion in fitness, competing at an amateur level from 2016 placing 2nd at NABBA NI. In 2017 I went on to win NABBA NI, PCA and IBFA in toned figure category, an achievement that I am very proud of. Weight training is an amazing way to sculpt your body, and that’s what I love about fitness, anything is possible. Anyone can achieve their fitness goals with a good training and eating plan. Together we can achieve any of your fitness goals.
